How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on scope, but we keep first projects small on purpose: one workflow, one clear result. Your free AI proposal comes with a fixed price, so you know the full cost before you commit.
How long until something is live?
Most first workflows go live 2 to 6 weeks after you approve the proposal. WhatsApp agents and document automations are at the fast end. Projects with several integrations take longer.
Is our customer data safe?
Yes. Every system is designed with PDPA in mind: access controls, audit logs and only the data that's needed. We use enterprise AI services that don't train on your data and can host in cloud accounts you own.
Do we need lots of data or our own IT team?
No. Most projects start from what you already have: SOPs, past chats, product lists or documents. We handle the technical side and train your staff to use and supervise the system.
Will it work with the systems we already use?
Almost certainly. We regularly connect to WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero, HubSpot, Shopify and custom databases.
What happens after launch?
You can take the system over with full documentation, or keep us on an operate plan where we monitor accuracy and costs, handle updates and send a monthly performance report.

What do we get for free?
It's how every project starts. After a 45-minute call about your workflows, data and systems, we send an AI proposal with a fixed price and an interactive prototype you can click through, within 1 to 2 weeks.
Is it really free?
Yes. The call, the AI proposal and the interactive prototype are free, with no obligation. The proposal includes a fixed price, and you decide whether to go ahead.
What do we need to prepare?
Nothing special. Tell us how your team works today. Examples help, such as typical customer chats, documents you retype or the SOPs your staff follow.
What happens after the proposal?
If you approve the proposal, we start building. The build and integration usually takes 3 to 8 weeks, and after launch we can operate and improve the system with a monthly report.

About AI agents and WhatsApp
Do you use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. We set up the WhatsApp Business Platform, the official API, with a verified business profile and message templates.
Which languages can the AI handle?
English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. At ShingTik, customers order in Chinese, English or Malay and the AI books the order either way.
Can it understand photos and voice notes?
Yes. For ShingTik, product photos are matched to the catalogue and confirmed with the customer before booking, and clear voice notes are turned into orders. Unclear audio goes to a person.
What happens when the AI can't answer?
It hands the conversation to your team with a summary, so the customer doesn't have to repeat themselves. Your staff can step in at any moment, and the AI pauses while they reply.
Can the agent book orders into our accounting system?
Yes. We connect to systems such as SQL Account, AutoCount and Xero. ShingTik's WhatsApp AI books Sales Orders straight into SQL Account.

Does the AI train on our data?
No. We use enterprise AI services that don't train on your data.
Where is our data stored?
We agree this with you in the proposal. If you prefer, we can host the system in a cloud account your company owns.
How do you handle PDPA?
Every system is designed with Malaysia's PDPA in mind: access controls, audit logs and only the personal data the workflow needs.
Who can see our conversations and documents?
Only the people you give access to. Access controls decide who sees what, and audit logs record what happened.
